Dear Frisco Community Partner,

The Hosp Elementary PTA is proud to support more than 550 students, teachers, and families in West Frisco. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of local businesses to help fund student programs, family events, teacher appreciation, and campus initiatives throughout the school year.

Last year, thanks to the generosity of businesses like yours, the Hosp PTA raised more than $15,000 to directly benefit our students and staff. Community partnerships helped make a lasting impact, and we'd love to continue that success this year.

By becoming a Hosp PTA sponsor, you'll not only invest in the future of our students, but you'll also gain valuable exposure to hundreds of local families through our sponsorship recognition opportunities.

2026-2027 Planned School Events:

• Back to School Luncheon for Hosp Staff (August 2026)-All Hosp teachers and staff are treated to a welcome back luncheon.  Sponsors help pay for the cost of food, soft drinks  and decorations.
• Warrior Dash, GLOW edition (October 2026)- Our MAIN fundraiser for the year. The PTA uses all funds raised through this fundraiser for a variety of student-centered activities and programs, as well as assisting the school with approved gifts/donations.  Sponsors are needed to support the costs of glow in the dark games and activities, possible live DJ, photo props, student prizes for fundraising efforts, and printing our large sponsor banner to be displayed at this and all future Hosp PTA sponsored events.
• Fall and Spring Book Fairs (October 2026 and March 2027)-Sponsors are needed to assist with all book fair related activities- Family shopping events and programs, and staff snacks on book preview days.
• Holiday Luncheon for Hosp Staff (December 2026)-Before winter break, we like to acknowledge teachers and staff for all their hard work with a festive meal. Sponsors help pay for the cost of food, soft drinks  and decorations.
• Carnival and Silent Auction (April 2027)-Our spring fundraiser welcomes our entire school community of 500+ students and their families. Sponsorship helps cover the cost of food trucks, activities, games, decorations  and much more! Our silent auction takes place during the carnival and brings in hundreds of businesses who donate goods and services for families to bid on. Money raised through our Silent Auction goes toward PTA sponsored programs and events, as well as any approved school gifts/donations.
• Staff and Teacher Hospitality (All Year)-Our PTA strives to show appreciation for our hardworking staff all year long with breakfast, lunch and snacks and drinks for their staff lounge, as well as Staff and Teacher Appreciation Week in May.  Sponsors help pay for the cost of food, goods or services to raffle and any appreciation items gifted.
